Despite increased inventory in all areas, the number of properties SOLD has decreased compared to last year. Land sales demonstrated the largest decrease by an impressive 79%. I have no doubt that the increased building costs, long building wait times, and increasing home inventory has played some roll in this decline. Despite the increased inventory on the market sales prices are still up compared to last year.
