Danielle showed us a little bit of everything with a focus on good rental potential. We immediately fell in love with a condo that she showed us that had incredible rental potential. Danielle helped us write up an offer and it was excepted. We live 2,000 miles away and Danielle was instrumental in making this a smooth transaction. She made sure all the milestones were met and everything was on schedule. She constantly communicated with us and kept us up-to-date. I wasn’t ready to jump in head first, but Danielle felt like a trustIng and honest person right from the first conversation we had. So we decided to start looking seriously for a home. From the very beginning, she made the process as smooth as possible as we looked for a condo. We have three dogs, so finding an HOA that would accommodate our lifestyle was top priority! Danielle went to the lengths of creating a spreadsheet of almost all the condo complexes and their pet restrictions to help us navigate through the details. Danielle is on top of EVERYTHING throughout the entire process...accommodating me last minute to go to showings or texting me to make sure I remember to sign certain documents during closing. Beyond being an exceptional Realtor, Danielle is an amazing, down to earth and extremely relatable person who knows her stuff. You’d be silly not to work with her!

It was a pleasure working with Danielle. She is so easy to communicate with, we were instantly comfortable with her. She kept track of every deadline we had and was always willing to assist with anything she could. We are out of state and she took care of all the local transactions that needed to be addressed. We worked with Danielle to find a vacation home in Mt. Crested Butte. Her local knowledge and responsiveness were off the charts. We honestly feel that we wouldn’t have gotten the condo that we did without having her as our agent. Crested Butte, at the time we bought, was a very tight market where minutes and hours matter. We were able to tour several types of condos and get a feel for the area with her guidance. Then, living in Denver, we did virtual walkthroughs with Danielle and placed offers on several different units as they came available. Danielle was outstanding. We were unsure as to what we wanted in the area and weren’t able to visit in person. Danielle acted as our proxy taking videos of walk throughs, giving very honest feedback and always relating it back to our situation and what we were looking for. Working with Danielle was great. Our process from first contact to close was just about 1 year. Danielle was very helpful while my wife and I were visiting Crested Butte and stayed in touch for a year. Every now and again I’d get a personal note: “how about this one?” Over the course of a year, with Danielle’s insights, we ended up with the most wonderful vacation home in Crested Butte South. Danielle was the best person I could ever hope to work with! I would definitely recommend Danielle and would work with her again. She was extremely trustworthy, knowledgeable, responsive, personable, and helpful every step of the way. Danielle made the buying process quick, easy and seamless. She kept me updated throughout the process with excellent communication, made a calendar of all the due dates to keep me organized, and was very easy to get ahold of at any time. Danielle had my back the entire time and was excellent with the negotiations. In addition, she went out of her way to help me in any way, including with things like information getting all the utilities set up, the local internet and home security services. Danielle made the buying experience very positive and enjoyable, and made it feel like I was working with a long-standing trusted friend.
Danielle was everything you look for in a realtor! Especially when buying a home from a distance, having never toured the home she provided me with videos, documents, and her expert opinion on the property. Danielle was Stress-free, a pleasure, extremely responsive, gave expert advice advice, demonstrate a wealth of Extensive knowledge. In addition she was A huge help after closing. This has never been the case for me, she even went and checked the unit on plumbing done about 6 weeks after I closed! I look forward to working with Danielle on a handful of projects in the future.
We worked with several realtors over the 2020-2022 period and Danielle was the best! Danielle was very responsive and worked with the builder/seller/seller's agent and got the deal done. Some realtors during the above timeframe were unresponsive, implied we were wasting their and the sellers time, tried to talk us out of inspections, warranties, or tried to get is to grossly overbid and seemed to encourage auction type of bidding wars. Danielle was able to get us a good house that wasn't too overpriced and was able to negotiate a warranty, realistic closing time, and was able to establish a reasonable relationship between the builder/seller/seller's agent and us/buyer. I wish I could use Danielle, or find anther Realtor like her, in another location where we are attempting to sell currently.
