July 2023 Market Snapshot
Includes all residential properties and lots in Crested Butte, Mt Crested Butte, and Almont.

The number of properties SOLD for July 2023 is down by 9% compared to July 2022. Sales prices were higher in all categories. Surprisingly the number of days on market for SOLD properties was also down or the same in all categories. With more inventory on the market, it does feel that things are slowing down, but these numbers do seem to indicate that well priced properties are still moving at solid prices. Pending properties have also increased since last month.
