The real estate pattern continues here in the north end of the Valley. The number of properties sold was down and average sales prices are up. Inventory remains scarce. If you are considering Selling your property now is the time. I am still seeing competitive multiple offer situations. Buyers looking to purchase will should be prepared to make quick, strong offers.
