December 2022 Market Snapshot
Includes all residential properties and lots in Crested Butte, Mt Crested Butte, and Almont.

The number of properties sold for December 2022 is following last month’s trend, down significantly compared to last year. Despite properties seemingly hanging on the market longer, the number of days on market for SOLD properties is down for single family homes and condos. Sales prices were also down last month for single family homes, but given only 3 sold homes this could be because of the smaller sample size. While I am not seeing huge price decreases for listed properties, I am seeing less competition and a great opportunity for Buyers to get into the Crested Butte market compared to this time last year. Well priced turn-key properties are still moving quickly.
