Total sales for June 2021 show an increase over June 2020, but not as dramatic as the increases we have seen in the past few months. Days on Market are down, especially for land.
There are currently 215 residential properties and lots PENDING sale.
Inventory has slightly increased over last month. There are currently 95 homes, townhomes, condos, and 120 lots available for purchase in Crested Butte, Mt Crested Butte, and Almont.
