July is my favorite month in The Valley. The wildflowers always put on a spectacular show, but this year they seem especially brilliant with all of the rain!

June 2022 Market Snapshot
Includes all residential properties and lots in Crested Butte, Mt Crested Butte, and Almont.

While list prices remain high, the number of properties sold decreased compared to last year in ALL categories.
Inventory has significantly increased, active listings are up 42% in just one month! As interest rates creep up and more properties hit the market, I expect to see some price decreases in response, especially at the higher price points. I also anticipate longer days on market.
The town of Crested Butte also announced they will extend the moratorium on new short-term licenses to December. You can read more HERE.
