The number of properties SOLD for June 2024 is up slightly compared to June 2023. Average sales prices were DOWN for Single-Family homes, Condos, and Townhomes, but UP for land. The number of days on market for SOLD properties was UP for Single-Family homes, but DOWN in the other categories.
