May 2022 Market Snapshot
Includes all residential properties and lots in Crested Butte, Mt Crested Butte, and Almont.

For May 2022 the number of properties sold was down over last year for both single family homes and land. Average sales prices for homes and land has increased while days on market decreased in all categories. Condos/Townhomes continue to move quickly with average days on market of only 50 days for May 2022.
While we did see a little jump in inventory heading into summer we are still experiencing a sellers market especially for properties in the lower price points.
