Consistent with the last several months, the number of properties SOLD for May 2023 is down significantly compared to May 2022. Average sales prices are down for single family homes and land, but have increased for townhomes and condos, similar to last month. The number of days on market for SOLD properties has increased for homes and condos, but decreased for land. There has definitely been an increase in inventory over last several weeks in preparation for the summer season.
