Consistent with last month, the number of properties SOLD for April 2023 is DOWN SIGNIFICANTLY compared to April 2022. Average sales prices are down for single family homes and land, but have increased for townhomes and condos. The number of days on market for SOLD properties has increased for townhomes and condos, but decreased for single family homes and land. Sellers have been willing to offer slightly more negotiation on price as well as inspection items.
