Despite moving a little slower, the real estate market in Crested Butte is holding strong. In all categories, the number of properties SOLD for September 2024 was down compared to September 2023. Average sales prices increased for condos/townhomes and land but decreased for single-family homes. Days on the market did decrease in all categories.

I expect with interest rates a little lower some Buyers who have been sitting on the sidelines might start searching again.
